Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Surrey (4 days onsite / 1 day WFH) | Inside IR35 | Initial 2 months
We’re looking for a hands-on, senior TA professional to jump in and support a busy, values led organisation during a period of high recruitment demand.
This is a true interim role where you’ll be trusted to hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and bring calm, structure and senior judgement to a fast-moving TA environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning all recruitment across the business from operations/manufacturing to middle-management
* Supporting a strong in house TA team during increased volume
* Managing end-to-end recruitment through Workday
* Direct sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed and internal talent pools
* Partnering with hiring managers and BPs with ability to challenge where needed
* Screening, shortlisting and presenting quality candidates for each role
* Driving clear communication and stakeholder updates
* Bringing a proactive, structured approach in a high-volume site environment

What we’re looking for
* Proven experience recruiting manufacturing roles from operatives to middle management
* Confident operating in manufacturing, site-based or blue-collar environments
* Comfortable with volume, pace and senior stakeholders
* Autonomous, pragmatic and not afraid to escalate when something doesn’t feel right
