Main duties of the job
Were seeking a dedicated professional to support our team in the ongoing implementation, improvement, and monitoring of our screening service within Maternity Services. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating positive change and ensuring compliance with national and local standards.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Evidence of CPD
* Practice Assessor
* Degree / Diploma in Midwifery
Knowledge and skills
* Completed Band 5 preceptorship
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Awareness of the SBL Bundle
* Understanding of clinical governance
* Experience of Audit
Skills & Abilities
* Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
* Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
