Behaviour Support TA in Durham Teaching Personnel is working with several inclusive schools across Durham to recruit dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants. This is a meaningful opportunity to support children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH), helping them re-engage with learning and build confidence inside and outside the classroom. About the Role This is a full-time position starting in September 2025, supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. You’ll work with learners who may present with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviour, in both mainstream and specialist SEN settings.
