Autograph are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated person with a strong understanding of Audio‑Visual Systems.
The successful applicant will have exceptional communication and analytical skills and be able to methodically identify and diagnose issues with complex AV systems. Autograph maintains AV installations in a wide variety of environments including theatres, corporate offices and educational institutions.
This is full‑time role primary based at our London offices but may require some travel. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support AV installation via telephone and in person (on site)
 * Organisation and maintenance of support contracts
 * Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for providing technical support services
 * Coordination of equipment repairs, both in-house and external
 * On site visits as required
Essential skills/experience required.
 * Exceptional communication skills.
 * A strong knowledge of AV equipment and system
 * Proven experience leading or supervising teams
 * The ability to work methodically through a process of fault finding
 * A solid knowledge of computer and networking technology
 * A willingness to learn
 * Full UK Driving License
 * Valid passport
Desirable qualities:
 * A keen interest in technology for theatre and live events
Competitive compensation package including at least twenty(20) days paid holiday per year (excluding Public Holidays), Lunch provided four(4) days per week and opportunities for knowledge development and learning both internal and external.
