We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS SEND Teacher to join our inclusive and nurturing early years setting in Bromley. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) during the most important stage of their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the EYFS Framework
* Identify, assess, and support children with a range of SEND needs
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, therapists, and external professionals
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within EYFS
* Strong knowledge of SEND, including ASD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Experience adapting curriculum and using inclusive teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
Desirable:
* SEND qualification or additional specialist training
* Experience working in a specialist provision or resource base

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
