A client within the Public Sector based in County Durham is currently recruiting for a Property Surveyor to join their Strategic Property Management team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a property management environment. The Role To support the delivery of the Council’s Property Management service, ensuring efficient management, use and occupation of the estate. You will assist in identifying opportunities for rationalisation or disposal and proactively manage the Council’s property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, valuations and lease management.
