Job overview
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
Completing Clinic Alteration forms( CAFS) as requested by the secretaries and divisions
Cancelling and suspending clinics and passing the details to the admin Supports so patients can either be rebooked or added to partial book waiting lists
Keeping the division's updated on patients that are being booked near to the 52 week breach date target
Working with admin supports so all news and follow up slots are filled as any slots unutilised is lost revenue to the Trust
Keeping booking rules up to date
Supporting other specialties within the same roles

Person specification
Qualifiations
* 5 Grade C and above at least GCSE level must include English and maths
* Previous IT knowledge in NHS systems
Experience
* Must have previous NHS admin office experience
* Previous experience of entering data
