Key Responsibilities
Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and play
Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children's progress
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification preferred
Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable
A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
