As a Reward Analyst, you’ll help shape how thousands of colleagues across the UK and Ireland are rewarded. Data Analysis & Benchmarking - Analyse compensation data, conduct salary benchmarking, and provide insights to improve reward strategies. Reward Project Support - Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and policy development. HR Systems - Support reward-related activities and help test solutions with the HR Systems team. Benefits Administration - Resolve employee benefit queries and seek ways to improve processes. Stakeholder Engagement - Guide HR and business leaders, support communication and training, and work with external providers. Analytical and Numeracy Skills - Ability to analyse large, complex data sets and bring to life through insights and storytelling Attention to Detail - High standards of accuracy in reporting and data validation to ensure integrity of compensation data. Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication to explain reward concepts and liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Curiosity and Problem-Solving - A mindset to question, explore market trends, and propose improvements to reward processes. What you’ll bring? Curiosity: Use data to answer questions like “Are we paying fairly?” and “How can we improve our benefits?” Analytical Mindset: Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to spot trends and support evidence-based decisions. Attention to Detail: Validate data, spot anomalies, and maintain high standards of accuracy. Fairness Champion: Help shape policies that reward everyone consistently and transparently.
