What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage 4–8 construction projects from planning through turnover, with some senior PMs managing up to 12
* Oversee new hospital builds and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
* Review plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
* Provide construction guidance and oversight on corporate development projects
* Travel to job sites to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field teams to maintain workflow momentum
* Lead coordination meetings and manage expectations of hospital administration
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
* Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred
* Healthcare construction project management experience preferred
* Familiarity with Oracle or similar project management software
* Ability to manage multiple projects with capital budgets of $50M–$100M
* Comfortable with 20–30% travel
