The role offers the rare opportunity to work closely with multiple partners across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, providing exceptional exposure to sophisticated, intellectually stimulating matters and outstanding career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:
* Complex employment litigation and tribunal claims
* Strategic day-to-day employment advisory work
* Transactional and corporate support matters
* Senior executive exits and sensitive workplace issues
* Restrictive covenants, employee competition and business protection matters
* Cross-border and international employment issues
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience gained within a leading City or international firm
* Strong experience across employment advisory, litigation and transactional support matters
* Experience handling complex and high-value employment disputes
* Exposure to restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition matters would be advantageous
* Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
* Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
* Desire to work within a truly international and collaborative environment
