Account Manager
RPSis seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic OccupationalHealth team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with apreference for candidates based in the Midlands area. The role requires regulartravel particularly into Mansfield (main OH office), London and UK wide clientlocations.

Whatyou will be doing:
TheAccount Manager will focus on developing and enhancing customer relationshipswhilst ensuring contract delivery within the financial envelope and any agreedkey performance indicators/service level agreements. Your responsibilitiesinclude:
Developing solutions to drive operational excellence within the contracts delivered whilst optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery.
1. Acting as a key link between the operations and sales teams whilst liaising with other key internal and external stakeholders and providing oversight and support to the local clinical delivery teams.
2. Providing pro-active management of accounts as identified by the senior team.
3. Renew allocated accounts in agreement with the senior team and ensure suitable contract uplift is in place
4. Supporting new business opportunities and identify cross-sell opportunities from all accounts
5. Identify underperforming accounts and implement interventions where appropriate
6. Attend quarterly accounts review meetings and manage actions through to completion
Whowere looking for:
7. Experience in managing accounts and relationships in an Occupational Health consultancy role
8. High level negotiation and influencing skills
9. Experience of producing high quality complex reports
10. Experience of direct customer sales
11. Understanding of health and safety legislation
12. Understanding of clinical governance in relation to service delivery
13. Understanding of consent and confidentiality parameters and the GDPR
14. Self-motivated and willing to use initiative
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident manner
16. Proficient IT skills
17. A solution focussed approach especially with regards to resolution of issues
