Motor Claims Handler - Hybrid working - Maxim Business Park Our standard fulltime contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working - 24 hours minimum over 4 days) 35-hour shift pattern between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday Salary ranges from £2 5, 1 00 to £2 8, 5 00 depending on hours worked and experience. A bit about the job: Your role will be to support our customers through the journey of making a motor claim. You could be taking the First Notification of Loss, gathering the right and relevant information to create a new claim, or you could be supporting them with provision of a replacement vehicle or providing an update on their vehicle repairs. Across Aviva Zero, you need to work proactively to ensure we minimise the inconvenience to our customers daily lives. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace, utilising a range of digital systems, and be comfortable making quick decisions to get the right outcome for our customers. Skills and experience we're looking for: Minimum of 5 GCSEs/National 5s at grade A to C (Grades 4 - 9 from 2017) with two of those being in Maths and English. Excellent communication both written and oral together with questioning skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and prioritising responsibilities. Team player mentality, with a willingness to learn and help others out. Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service i.e., someone who takes pride in producing a high standard of work and putting the customer first. Embrace and supports change, matched with the ability to share ideas and suggestions to improve our customers' journey. Thrives undertaking digital & online tasks, and can demonstrate strong I.T skills, with prior experience of using software like Microsoft Outlook and Word. No previous claims or insurance experience is required as full training will be provided.
