Overview Are you a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant who enjoys supporting younger children? This full-time role in Ribbleton, Preston is a strong September opportunity for someone nurturing, patient and confident working across EYFS and Key Stage 1. You’ll be supporting children who need additional help to access learning, follow routines and build confidence in the classroom. This role would suit someone who understands the value of early intervention and wants to make a real difference from the start of the school year. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and expectations. Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the Primary setting. Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere. Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school. Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications for a Teaching Assistant (e.g., QTS or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Primary sector. Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
