Our client, an independent B2B renewable energy supplier, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key account customers and will act as the primary contact for key accounts, building strong relationships, anticipating client needs and ensuring exceptional service is delivered throughout the customer journey - from onboarding through to contract renewal. Key responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
1. Building and maintaining key account relationships
2. Manage queries and ensure they are dealt with in timely manner in line with agreed SLAs.
3. Invoice production and validation, offering bespoke options where needed.
4. Communication with internal teams, assisting and providing information about your portfolio
5. Ensure accounts are up to date and running efficiently (payments, meters, customer info etc)
Skills and Experience required for the Client Relationship Manager:
6. 1 year energy industry experience either from a supplier or consultancy/ broker
7. Commercial account/ relationship management experience
8. Excellent communicator and dedicated in delivering outstanding customer care
9. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
10. Excellent attention to detail.
11. Numerate with good analytical skills.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
