My client, a leading law firm are you looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a permanent basis. You will be required to go into their London office 3 days a week and the salary is up to £35,000.
You would be working alongside and supporting the L&D Advisors to manage the administrative tasks relating to their 4 core L&D programmes.
Duties will include:
* Scheduling of training events
* Co-ordinating and managing the logistics for both virtual and live events
* Uploading materials as necessary to the LMS, SharePoint or Teams sites
* Maintaining training records on the LMS
* Processing and tracking invoices when required
* Supporting with team internal processes including arranging meetings and processing invoices
* Monitoring the team inbox and responding to, escalating, or forwarding enquiries and tracking themes and issues
* Working with the wider team to provide adhoc support with project work
To carry this role out you must have:
* Previous recent L&D admin experience
* Professional services experience would be preferable.
* Strong organisational and time management skills
