Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant and coaching a multi-skilled team.
* Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, educating and briefing on safety-first culture.
* Deliver structured daily briefings to ensure colleagues work to deliver balanced performance across key metrics and KPIs in line with business goals.
* Ensure all areas of the retail counter conform to health and safety legislation.
* Maintain branch standards to achieve operational excellence and balanced performance.
* Ensure operational efficiency to deliver a safety-first culture, with relevant e-learning modules completed by retail colleagues.
* Lead a retail team with a customer-first attitude, ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything.
* Adhere to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes.
* Maintain shelf availability through accurate stock movement processes.
* Deliver a customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and achieve SLAs.
* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximize customer opportunities.
* Minimize customer effort with a robust Click & Collect process.
* Set up the branch for growth through best-in-class retail standards, stock management, and service levels.
* Ensure retail operations are compliant with financial audits.
