Job Description
We're looking for a great Senior Product Manager to join the Ecosystem team in ECS and help continue innovating and creating a first-class ecosystem.
You will report to the Head of Product and will be responsible for owning and developing our core product capabilities and experiences. You will also champion the role of the ecosystem throughout the business through discovery, innovation, and development of great technology and engaging user experiences.
What you'll do:
1. Work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to help create the product strategy.
2. Define near and long-term roadmaps, goals, objectives, and key results.
3. Understand and drive performance against both commercial and non-commercial KPIs.
4. Partner with product, tech, and experience design teams to identify and deliver impactful user and business outcomes.
5. Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams when taking your product or features to market.
6. Build an understanding of user and market insights and facilitate user research/testing to validate ideas and identify user problems to solve.
7. Work with the team to deliver prototypes and early experimentation.
8. Balance core product feature development and capability improvement with new innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Consumer product management experience and customer journey experience, including A/B optimization and feature experimentation testing.
2. Passion for product performance metrics and feedback.
3. Experience in Agile delivery/development methodologies.
4. Analytical approach and innovative thinking.
5. Teamwork and a positive, collaborative mindset.
6. Ability to synthesize data insights and customer research.
7. Experience growing demand and engagement in your product.
8. Experience participating in design sprints.
