Due to continued growth, internal promotions and strong demand from key clients, Amica Talent is looking to add a Senior 360 Consultant to our UK business.
We’re a specialist search firm working with some of the most respected names in utility-scale solar, BESS and power delivery across the US. As we expand, we’re offering a standout opportunity for a senior recruiter to grow with us - and potentially take their career to either of our Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX operations.

🧠What you’ll be doing:
* Leading full 360 recruitment cycles for mid-to-senior roles in US clean energy
* Partnering with developers, EPCs and consultancies on strategic growth hires
* Building deep, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Playing a key role in shaping the future of Amica as we scale across UK and US markets
🔍 Who we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience (sector flexible)
* A self-sufficient, entrepreneurial operator with strong relationship skills
* UK-based, with openness to quarterly US travel and long-term relocation
* Someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just hit KPIs
