Excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established but constantly growing business in Flintshire/Cheshire.
This position would suit an individual with all round knowledge and experience in accounts, purchase / sales ledgers, WIP reporting and ideally have their AAT qualification or an equivalent accountancy qualification.
Responsibilities
Working for a family run company that is continually growing and investing in the business and people, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll, PAYE & NIC, day to day management of sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations and management accounts.
Position available immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
* Sage Line 50 accounting experience
* Management accounts
* Sage Payroll
* AAT Foundation Level 2
* AAT Level 3
* Understanding of P&L & Balance sheet
* Self-starter and organised
* WIP reporting/management
* CIS knowledge an advantage but not essential
* Positive, proactive, and dynamic – solution solver
* Strong Excel skills
* Attention to detail is essential
* Some HR experience would be preferred but not essential
* Not essential but ideally has worked within a construction environment
