Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We're growing quickly. In the last three years alone, we have commissioned 16 new Extra Care schemes that provide quality housing and care for older people of modest means. We're constantly looking for ways to improve, always putting our residents and people at the heart of what we do.
We have big ambitions and are looking for superstars to join us.
In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within our schemes, which include communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros, and salons. The role of a Housing Manager is to ensure residents receive a high-quality and responsive service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary, and encouraging independence and choice.
The successful candidate will also ensure that landlord duties are discharged in accordance with Housing 21 policies and procedures.
To qualify for the role, you will have:
* Experience of supervising and managing a small team, ideally within an organization providing Social Housing
* Experience of providing a professional, high-quality housing service to older and/or vulnerable people
* Experience of Housing Management & Maintenance
* Experience of Housing aid and advice
* Experience of working within a secure and confidential environment and dealing with sensitive personal information
* Good general education with GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English and Maths
* Substantial administrative experience
* Sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and relevant legislation and regulations
