You'll be working directly with the CTO on mission-critical systems used across trading and structured products.
What You'll Work On:
1. Full greenfield rebuild of legacy trading systems
2. Modern full-stack engineering: C#/.NET + React.js
3. High-performance, multithreaded architectures
4. Close collaboration with product, trading, and a 15+ engineering team
What We're Looking For:
5. Strong C#/.NET engineering background
6. Solid React.js (or modern JS with willingness to grow fast)
7. Experience in financial services / trading systems
8. Ownership mindset - hands-on, ideas-driven, and proactive
