As an Assistant Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

1. Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of a block or development.
2. Oversee contracted and cyclical maintenance activities.
3. Manage electronic data and emails, ensuring all client files are up to date.
4. Handle queries from flat owners and tenants both verbally and in writing.
5. Coordinate with on-site staff and address related issues initially, escalating to HR as needed.
6. Issue service charge and ground rent invoices for payments.
7. Liaise with the credit control department to follow up on arrears.
8. Assist in preparing budgets, including reserve funding for the upcoming year.
9. Conduct regular site visits to ensure buildings are well-maintained.
10. Distribute management information to residents.
11. Ensure timely completion of Health and Safety actions following audits.
12. Log insurance claims and coordinate with the insurance department to ensure resolution.
