Role Overview
The Boutique Manager leads a retail store team to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include people management, coaching, operations, and building a client business.
Responsibilities
* Drive and exceed the sales budget.
* Develop and implement an action-oriented business plan.
* Monitor and drive store and team KPIs, ensuring opportunities for growth.
* Act as a brand ambassador, setting the standard for customer experience.
* Develop and maintain client relationships, driving repeat business.
* Network to build key relationships with corporate and local clients supporting HQ revenue events.
* Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs, provide ongoing coaching and training.
* Lead performance reviews, support career development.
* Manage the team per company policy, escalating issues.
* Support recruitment, interview candidates, provide feedback.
* Implement brand and product training across the team.
* Execute visual merchandising guidelines at a high standard.
* Ensure store experience aligns with brand standards.
* Maintain accurate stock file, perform stock counts, report issues.
* Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
* Process in-store services (engraving, aftercare) with regular training.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience leading and coaching a retail team to success.
* Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
* People management skills and ability to handle escalations.
* Commercial awareness with proven sales improvement record.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Organised with a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Additional Requirements
* Fully flexible across all locations and shift times.
* Documented authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel Requirements
Travel to other boutiques and concessions may be required.
