National Sales Manager
The Role:
A superb opportunity for a driven and motivational National Sales Manager to lead a team of eight Area Sales Managers across the UK. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to work with a market-leading European manufacturer of professional painting and decorating products, renowned for quality, innovation and reliability.
As National Sales Manager, you'll work closely with your team in the field-coaching, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver outstanding results. You'll support with pricing strategies, promotional activity and account planning to drive both revenue and margin growth. Regular customer visits will see you building relationships with leading DIY retailers such as Wickes and B&Q, while maintaining strong ties within the decorating trade merchant network.

The Package for National Sales Manager:
· Basic salary £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience).
· 15-20% bonus, uncapped.
