* Act as the face of Howdens, providing outstanding service and support to potential and existing customers.
* Generate and follow up on leads as part of the wider sales team to drive sales growth.
* Process sales for customers, ensuring accurate pricing, delivery dates, and stock requirements.
* Manage customer accounts to expand the customer base and develop long‑term collaborative relationships with trade customers.
* Maintain up‑to‑date product and industry knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
* Prioritise and organise tasks to ensure smooth operations at the trade sales counter in a fast‑paced environment.
