Job Description
Social care work opportunity for a Personal Assistant. Job Purpose: I am seeking a Personal Assistant to support me in my own home and to help me access the community. I would like to be able to cook a hot meal for my family in the evenings. I require assistance to access the community and participate in recreational activities with my family. I also would like support to maintain a clutter free family home and ensure I can use the home safely. I live with my wife and 3 children (two of my children have additional needs). I enjoy playing airsoft and gaming. Location: Old Catton, Norwich NR6.

Summary Terms and Conditions
* The rate of pay for this position is £12.88 per hour.
* Hours and times of work: Up to 7 hours on a Wednesday.
* The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
* Access to free Care Skills training for employer workers.
* If this job requires manual handling, handling of hazardous chemicals and/or food handling you will be required to undertake annual training.
* The post is subject to the following:
* A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
* Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
* Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
