Job Description
1. Advise clients on compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and strategies.
3. Provide legal counsel on data breaches, incident response, and risk management.
4. Draft and review data protection agreements, policies, and procedures.
5. Support litigation and regulatory investigations related to cybersecurity and privacy matters.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging cybersecurity threats.
7. Stay informed about legislative and regulatory developments in cybersecurity and data privacy.
8. Deliver training and workshops on data privacy compliance and best practices.
