6. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
7. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely communication regarding patient care needs.
8. Provide administrative support including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean work environment.
9. Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
