Are you just as comfortable in a warehouse as you are communicating with customers? We’re looking for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator to join our growing team in a varied, fast-paced role with real potential for progression.
This role offers a 50/50 split between warehouse and office work, making it perfect for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and getting stuck in.
Monday-Friday, £28-30k
The Role
This is a physical and customer-facing role, working closely with the Logistics Manager and wider team to keep things moving efficiently - from stock handling to customer communication and everything in between.
1. Inspecting returned stock (large, heavy items) for damage
2. Unboxing, lifting, and handling products using tools like Stanley knives
3. Investigating and processing courier claims for damaged goods
4. Speaking with customers to resolve returns or delivery issues
5. Liaising with suppliers about faulty or returned stock
6. General warehouse tasks and supporting wider logistics
7. Maintaining clear and professional phone and email communication
8. Supporting logistics admin - with potential to grow into a more logistics-focused role
About You
You\'re someone who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and physically fit enough to handle large stock items. But just as importantly, you’ve got strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with both customers and suppliers.

13. Can take ownership of tasks and see them through independently
