We’re supporting a well-respected national developer in their recruitment for a motivated Sales Manager to join their team. If you’re passionate about delivering results, leading people, and making a real impact in the new homes market, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading sales performance across multiple sites, ensuring your team has the tools and motivation to hit targets.
* Driving innovative approaches to sales and marketing in a competitive market.
* Partnering with senior colleagues on pricing, budgets, land opportunities, and promotional strategies.
* Reviewing marketing activity, analysing results, and using insights to refine future campaigns.
* Bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape the future success of the division.
What we’re looking for
* A proven background in new home sales, ideally already at Sales Manager level – though ambitious Senior Advisors or Team Leaders ready for the step up may also be considered.
* Experience selling homes off-plan and supporting sales teams to deliver results.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and market trends.
* Confident IT skills and experience in reporting and performance tracking.
* A collaborative, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
