Peterborough is undergoing major transformation, and its legal team is central to making it happen. As a Property Lawyer, you’ll advise on a wide range of commercial property matters that support everything from everyday estate management to landmark regeneration projects.

What You’ll Do
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and commercial lease negotiations
* Draft leases, licences, option agreements, and asset-related contracts
* Manage landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, renewals, and dilapidations
* Provide legal input to regeneration and infrastructure projects like the Station Quarter
* Advise on agricultural property transactions and academy leases (support provided as needed)
* Work closely with developers, agents, and internal teams to progress complex deals

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx Fellow
* Strong background in commercial property transactions
