📍 Doncaster (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 home)
💰 Up to £32,000

The Role
A payroll opportunity within a growing business supporting multiple weekly and monthly payrolls across a large employee population.
You’ll work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in line with legislation, while also supporting ongoing payroll improvements and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Process accurate and timely payrolls across multiple pay frequencies
* Support payroll operations for approximately 2,000 employees across 12 payrolls
* Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls
* Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally
* Maintain payroll data accuracy and confidentiality
* Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday
* Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and wider stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll operations
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong end-to-end payroll experience
* Experience processing high-volume payrolls with multiple pay frequencies
* Good understanding of UK payroll legislation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Workday experience desirable but not essential
* Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
