Job Title: Key Account Manager | £75k–£82k | Renewable Energy Sector (Manchester, Hybrid)\nLocation: Manchester (Hybrid working available)\nSalary: £75k–£82k (dependent on experience), bonus & benefits\nWe are working with a prominent player in the energy infrastructure sector who is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a £30m+ portfolio across a diverse range of renewable energy projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), hydrogen, solar, and behind-the-meter (BtM) solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Manage key client relationships across energy and infrastructure projects\n * \n Develop and execute strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth\n * \n Own and grow a £30m+ portfolio, identifying new sales opportunities\n * \n Lead negotiations with large commercial clients, utilities, and developers\n * \n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n * \n Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar in the energy or infrastructure sectors\n * \n Strong understanding of renewable energy solutions, including BESS, hydrogen, solar, and BtM\n * \n A track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering against targets\n * \n Degree-level education (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n * \n A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships\nWhat’s on Offer:\n * \n A salary of £75k–£82k, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses\n * \n Hybrid working arrangement with a base in Manchester\n * \n A comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, pension, and more\nIf you are an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for renewable energy and are looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you
