Our client, a vehicle dealership in the Maidstone area is currently looking for a Bodyshop Advisor to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Seeing in customers and booking their vehicles in for repair.
* Issuing courtesy cars if applicable
* Ordering parts, checking off deliveries and booking on to jobs.
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
* Invoicing work.
Background/Skill:
* To successfully apply for this role your will need to have a career history as a Bodyshop Advisor or Administrator whether that be in a main dealer or in an Accident Repair Bodyshop.
* You will need to be proficient in using bodyshop computer systems and workshop loading systems.
* You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail.
