Castlefield are working with a Professional Services organisation who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the growing team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounts receivable and experience using accounting software to contribute to the financial stability of our organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Managing specific ledgers to ensure timely cash collections
2. Cash collection for specific ledgers
3. Pre-chasing debts in some instances
4. Chasing overdue accounts by phone and email
5. Dealing with customer queries alongside our administrators and liaising with branches for resolutions
6. Ensure accurate cash allocation and Reconciliation of accounts when necessary
