Right now, we are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Wembley, Greater London.
Our homes offers a range of care services within three carefully designed buildings. Care plans are tailored to the needs of the individual and include dementia care, nursing, respite and convalescence care. Care is also offered to those who require palliative care, Parkinson’s care and young physically disabled care.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Unit manager.
Job Role: To be responsible for the well-being of residents within the Home, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. To support the General / Home Manager in the operational management of the home.
