Support the growth of the online business, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and service. Lead the team to hit performance targets, manage returns and order fulfilment.

* Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe and efficient environment and meet targets.
* Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team.
* Adapt to change and work alongside the team in a hands‑on commercial and operational role.
* Ensure up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
