They are now recruiting sales and marketing apprentice to join their team. They are looking for someone to provide marketing and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing manager and assist managing the show site and related materials. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with contract registration of new sales orders, ensuring all contracts meet company standards before being passed to Operations for a survey booking Assisting with Monthly/Quarterly Content Marketing Calendar updated and communicating with external marketing team and sales manager on changes and execution of plans Assisting in updating Sales and Marketing Reports weekly and distributing to sales management and the Board Assisting with T&K Social media pages, posting and arranging organic content and when required by management Booking Monthly local magazine adverts, seeking out new opportunities and negotiating the best return on investment possible Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and sending recommendation vouchers Arranging printed sales and marketing materials, show site supplies, and signage Preparing data for e-shots and follow up calls from telesales teams Assist with producing sales memos and distributing to sales team Sending Daily Surveys and weekly SMS promotional texts to unsold opportunities and working closely with the sales manager to maximise return on investment Assisting handling Marketing Competition winners and arranging prizes Assisting with updating monthly expenses and submitting on time Raising purchase orders for new orders and ad hoc supplies Collating sales and marketing materials, samples and literature for new starters Personal Specification: Integrity: To be honest & be guided by strong moral principles Teamwork: To work together with a group of people to achieve our goals Determination: To complete the job in full Excellence: To have the drive to be outstanding in everything we do Pride: To derive satisfaction from achieving our goals The training you will be getting Business Administration Level 3 Remote training delivery OneFile VLE 6 hours of dedicated training time every week What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Possible full-time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
