Hilton Care provides supported living to adults with a learning disability, including those with moderate, severe, and profound learning disabilities. This includes individuals with associated physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and/or mental health needs. As a Team Leader, you will primarily be based in one service, providing continuity of care and supporting both service users and your team. Team Leaders need to set the standard for personal care and be willing and able to support service users in all aspects of their daily lives, empowering them to choose what they want to do, when, and with whom. Every day varies depending on the activities that service users wish to engage in, such as running their home, shopping, leisure, and social activities.
The key objective of the role is to ensure that the needs of service users are met in accordance with contractual arrangements, while identifying opportunities for service improvement.
