We're growing our UX team and looking for a UX Researcher to lead the discovery process and uncover the insights that power customer-centric product experiences. What You’ll Do Own the Discovery Phase – Plan and execute end-to-end research to deeply understand user needs. Deliver Actionable Insights – Use interviews, observation studies, testing, and more to inform product decisions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work alongside designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to embed customer insight into everything we build. Champion the User – Put the customer lens at the heart of product development across our UK and EU markets. What You Bring Proven UX research experience with a strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative methods. Confidence leading discovery work from planning to synthesis. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement experience. A proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and research.
