Programme Overview
MindTech Bridge is a national initiative funded by the UK Government’s Mental Health Goals programme, aiming to develop infrastructure that supports the development and adoption of digital and AI mental health technologies at scale.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational and strategic leadership to ensure the successful delivery of key elements of MindTech Bridge.
* Lead the development, launch and management of a national consortium of NHS organisations to identify, test and implement high-potential digital mental health technologies at scale.
* Contribute to the co‑design, formalisation and operational leadership of the consortium and engage key NHS stakeholders, plan events and workshops, and secure members.
* Support delivery of other MindTech Bridge projects, including design of a novel emerging mental health technology and NHS demand signal monitoring system, and development of new international partnerships for UK innovators.
* Act as the visible first point of contact for MindTech Bridge, promoting activities nationally and internationally, liaising with the programme funder and ensuring timely reporting on finances, outputs and deliverables.
* Maintain flexible and hybrid working arrangements and travel regularly, including overnight stays, across the UK.
Qualifications
* Strong project management experience.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships across complex systems.
* Knowledge of NHS procurement, implementation, commissioning or service transformation.
Employment Details
Full‑time position (36.25 hours weekly) on a fixed‑term basis for 3 years.
