Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the branch manager and staff
2. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
3. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
4. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
5. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Skills:
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
* Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
* Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
