I have an AMAZING opportunity for a PASSIONATE and COMMITTED individual to join a children's residential service in Abertillery as a Senior Children's Support Worker, supporting young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
**Please note: Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full driver's license.**
We seek an ADAPTABLE and ENTHUSIASTIC individual eager to make a positive impact on young people's lives by fostering their social, emotional, and behavioural development in a safe and caring environment.
* Location: Abertillery (NP13 postcode)
* Hours: Full-time
* Shift pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off
Working as a Senior Children's Support Worker involves dynamic and fast-paced days, requiring flexibility and resilience. It can be challenging but highly rewarding!

Requirements:
* Experience as a Children's Support Worker or with Young People (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience in healthcare or social care settings (ESSENTIAL)
