Interim Management Accountant
Burton-on-Trent
Temporary 3-6 months
SF is currently working with an organisation based in South Derbyshire who are looking to add an Interim Management Accountant to the team for a period of 3-6 months. This is a challenging opportunity for a self-starting, experienced accountant who can hit the ground running.
Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Prepare Monthly Management Accounts
2. Prepare budget and reports for various departments
3. Support in board meetings
4. Business partnering with other departments
5. Balance sheet reconciliation
My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or someone that is qualified by experience.
Some of the other requirements include:
1. Strong technical accounting skills and experience
2. Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, techniques, and regulatory requirements
3. Proven flexibility and ability to cope with pressure resulting from changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines and reporting requirements
4. Must demonstrate an effective communication skill/style to present complex ideas in a compelling and comprehensive manner.
5. Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes.
