A large, well-regarded 11–18 secondary school in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior School Administrator to join its leadership support team from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent role offering responsibility, variety and the opportunity to play a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and successful school. This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working at pace, supporting senior leaders, and ensuring that school systems, communication and processes operate efficiently and professionally. The Role As Senior School Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support across multiple areas of the school, working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and external partners. The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
