Reporting to the All Makes Manager, the All Makes Support Manager should have experience and knowledge of all IAM Suppliers and be competent in dealing with specialised automotive/logistical management systems.
We are looking to recruit 2 All Makes Support Managers to join the team and cover the North and South of the UK, to grow our All Makes Business as part of our continued growth at PartsPlus.

Key activities include:
* Delivering necessary levels of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
* Proactively identifying new customers and building effective and profitable relationships.
* Retaining existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
* Maintaining electronic and paper records, ensuring they are up-to-date at all times.
* Recruiting, selecting, managing, and developing a team to support the parts function.
* Effectively managing the workshop environment, ensuring a sound balance of all resources.
* Promoting and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Having experience and knowledge of all IAM suppliers.
* Being IT literate and comfortable with packages such as Microsoft Office.
* Being competent in dealing with specialised automotive/logistical management systems.
* Having evidence of managing in a complex and pressured commercial environment.
* Holding a full driving license for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
