Chef Manager - Monday to Friday
Up to £31,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Grantham
Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm (flexibility to business needs)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily kitchen operations and staff.
2. Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
3. Develop menus and oversee food preparation.
4. Maintain health and safety standards.
5. Provide exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
