Forward Role are working exclusively with this award-winning digital performance agency to hire a Growth Director to lead and scale the strategic direction of the agency. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the leadership team for a digital agency who are experiencing exceptional success.
Being a key part of the senior leadership team and working with a number of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands, you’ll take full ownership for performance and growth of an agency who are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance.
The role:
* Lead the strategic vision across all service areas – Paid Media & SEO
* Provide commercial leadership across the agency
* Oversee strategic quality and performance on key accounts
* Drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation
* Contribute to client growth and retention
* Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies to drive growth
* Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agency
* Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services
Requirements:
* Experienced in leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional performance teams
* Strong independent leadership, taking full ownership of strategic areas
* Confident contributor to new business through strategic input and account growth
* Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communicator, skilled at simplifying complex strategies for varied audiences
* Effective with senior stakeholders and in managing difficult conversations
* Proficient in building and reviewing strategic forecasts and performance models
