Base pay range
Location: Leeds - Gildersome
Salary: £12.45 per hour
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – no nights or weekends.

Day in the role
Our white‑glove delivery experience is often the last touchpoint of the customer journey. We aim to make each customer feel truly valued, as if they were the only customer receiving furniture that day. Your main task will be to delight every customer by providing a premium, white‑glove delivery service, which includes assembly of chairs, sofas and beds. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Full driving licence
* Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure seamless installation, safeguarding the customer’s home and new furniture
* Act as an HSL customer champion
* Make multiple deliveries each day
* Load and unload furniture with the delivery and warehouse teams
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including vehicle safety checks
* Coordinate deliveries to a schedule
* Perform quality checks of products and packaging
Ideal candidate profile
* Friendly, caring nature
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn – previous experience is a plus
All customer facing roles at HSL require the completion of a satisfactory DBS check.
